Delivery

Sea-ID aims to process each order within 2 days of the time that payment is received. Sea-ID is not responsible for delays that occur during shipping. Orders are sent from the UK and any customs and import duty at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Mistakes and Returns

The labels are produced specifically for each customer and can't be resold therefore returns of non-defective labels are not accepted. Any mistakes arising from the production process will be the responsibility of Sea-ID and replacement labels will be issued at no cost to the customer. Any mistakes in the order (e.g. customer entered the wrong phone number) are the responsibility of the customer. In such cases Sea-ID will make best efforts to assist and, if the labels have already been printed, will send replacements for the cost price.

Liability

Sea-ID shall be under no liability in respect of the correct or incorrect use of the supplied labels. The customer accepts responsibility to assess the suitability and safety of when and where the labels are used. The use of Sea-ID labels does not guarantee the return of lost equipment.

Personal Data and Privacy

Intent

This policy explains how Sea-ID processes information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual (“Personal Data”) collected through the use of the website and customer communications. All personal data is treated as strictly confidential and in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data Collected

Sea-ID retains data submitted when you make an order or contact us with an enquiry. This includes name, email address, delivery address and any personal details you have requested to appear on your labels such as telephone number.

Data Usage

The data is used to process your order and for marketing purposes. Sea-ID will not sell or share personal data to any third parties.

Payment Details

All payments are handled by Paypal. Sea-ID has access to the details of the transaction used to pay for your order via Paypal. Sea-ID does not have access to and never comes into contact with your personal financial details such as credit card numbers.

Data Security

Sea-ID implements and maintains appropriate technical security to protect personal data against unauthorised or unlawful use and against theft or disclosure.

Accessing Your Personal Data

To request a copy of your personal data that Sea-ID holds contact us or email us directly at sea-id@sea-id.com. If you request that your data is deleted we will do so, in accordance with GDPR.
